Thor was gone, again, and it was impossible for Skye to think that anything or anyone else was behind this other than Mary. The only reason Skye hadnβt gone after her once Thor came back and told her the truth was because, well, he was here. It was up to him to deal with her. Now that he was gone? The gloves are off.
Skye finds her house easily, and without having to worry about keeping her powers in check, the front door, whether locked or not, flies open.]

( there are things that lilith expects, powers or even at some point assaults. after thor's return she'd had people coming to her door and asking after hi, even being attacked for (assumedly) unknown reasons in the dream state.
what lilith does not expect is skye blasting her door off the frame as she charges into her house, particularly given that the woman had professed at having no power. not that lying was unexpected in relation to powers.
it has her standing from where she'd been at her table, at first the meeker, concerned expression of mary wardwell before at skye's angry question she drops it, looking a little unimpressed )

[Thereβs a part of her that wishes this had all been a lie, that Mary hadnβt done what Thor said she had. But thatβs just her life, isnβt it? Trusting people only for them to break that trust somehow. Seeing her fake concern fall away just fuels Skyeβs anger, and she barely gives Mary a chance to finish speaking before sheβs using her powers in an attempt to send Mary slamming into the wall behind her.]
( she doesn't see it coming. if lilith had she might have attempted to protect against it but instead, she's sent across the room, hitting the wall behind her hard.
and honestly, thank hell she's a demon, making her far more durable to something like that than a mortal would be. from where she falls, an almost crumpled heap, her hands raise a barrier in front of her, the ripples of her magic letting skye know that it's there, before she rises to her feet.
and this time as she speaks that meeker personality is completely gone, the true lilith stood before her )

Bringing her hand back up, Skye is intent on sending Mary careening into the lamp and subsequently the wall.

( she brings her own hands back up, planning to erect the barrier again. but she isn't quick enough to get it up first, the shockwaves bouncing off the barrier, sending her more forcefully into the lamp and then the wall.

[Skye only has seconds to respond, and out of instinct she raises her hands in an attempt to shield herself. In doing so, however, Skyeβs powers activate again and create some kind of shield that ricochets most of the glass away from her. Some of the shards do manage to cut her skin however, and the pain of the glass embedding in her skin as well as the fractures in her arm is enough to make her drop her guard again.]
( the thing about shockwaves is that those wider out than the glass keep travelling towards her, reverberating and exciting the molecules in the air. some hit at the wall, others just connect with her but honestly, it's like a fist connecting with her. except it shakes to her bones.
and she's done in this. there are many ways that this conflict could go, including in skye's death but considering that the woman will just come back it doesn't manifest as an option for very long. instead, she wants her gone, allowing lilith to lick her own wounds and plan what she'd do next.
