[After the missed coffee date with Agnes, Jon reaches out to Lilith. Maybe she's not the best person, but she's the witch he knows who's on his side in protecting the other avatar. He also has a sense that if anyone were spying on Agnes beyond Elias, it would be Lilith.]

Is Agnes with you?
We were supposed to meet up, but she didn't arrive or text.
She hasn't responded to any of my texts, either.

Three and a half hours ago.
I've checked her apartment, the Institute, and the cafe we were meant to meet at again.
I thought she might be with you or Crowley.
I don't know who her other friends are.

Otherwise, it's something Elias has done.
Did she tell you she was going to try anything recently?
I haven't done anything.

She may not be in danger.

That isn't like her.
I need to find her.

[He can magic with no pause! Granted, that just means he has minimal control over things a lot of the time, but the point stands. Jon waits anxiously for a response. Eventually he'll text again.]

( it's not that she was ignoring him but that lilith knew that where agnes was wasn't good, trying to think of something that could be done, knowing there was nothing and-- realising that she was likely the cause of this. agnes wouldn't have gotten herself in trouble like this )

[There's no response. Jon needs to figure out how to get Agnes out of Realignment and he's not going to ask for Lilith's help with that.]

Then I assume you have a flawless plan.

[Maybe he does. He's not going to respond, but he is... going to go and talk to Martin. Because he'd told the man he'd consult him before doing reckless things. This could possibly qualify.]

Several days later

He's not going to care that she wasn't aware.

It's not even answering, it's just taking advice from the person who actually knows your enemy.
That man has controlled my life for the past three years.
Believe it or not I do know some things about him that could help!
At least what won't work.

And yet when asked you're reluctant to provide them, you've admitted to doing as he wishes.

( part of this she's just deflecting with now )

Of course I've done things he's wanted.
But we've actually made an effort to undermine him and know what doesn't work.
Like trying to hide a single person from him or an act without creating some sort of distraction.
He can't focus on everything, but you've been interacting with Agnes.
He's got his eye on her.
He's likely had his eye on you, as well.
He knew what was happening because you probably thought he wouldn't notice.
You have to distract him if you want to do anything like that and then it needs to be done by someone he's not going to bother paying attention to.
That's the only way Martin was able to trick him.

Considering you began the apocalypse your distraction did little.
