He gave me something that I'd forgotten. A reminder-- of who I really was.

( and not just what she'd felt in the kickback of her anger and pain at his death. but he'd reminded her of live, shown her the thing she'd wanted all those years ago from adam and the false god, from lucifer. reminded her that lucifer never saw her as more than a handmaiden. and adam-- he'd offered freedom and love, her own life under her control. how could she not have wanted that? )

... I'm glad he did.

[ Because she's so much more than the Dark Lord's lackey. She might have been angered by Lilith's admission back then, but the more time she spends with her, the more Sabrina recognizes the powerful First Witch from the stories. ]
