I have a number of people who are interested in being distractions, on top of your offered spell. Peridot, Rikki, and Carol, for example. We all want answers about the porters, as do a number of other people, but the government isnβt likely going to give anything. Iβve attempted to look into the mechanics of one of them before, but you saw how that went.
There are a lot of guards all over the place, so I was thinking they could work in tandem, but independently as well. Rikki could cause a water leak in one area, Peridot could cause some ruckus in a different spot, and the same with Carol. It would create confusion, but maybe having so many things happen at once would alert someone that somethingβs up.

Whilst a distraction can be useful something like this would arouse their suspicions. What you want is to distract them by making them believe that nothing is out of the ordinary.

Ignoring the guards? I could get to it by myself. That is what I was able to accomplish last time, though it didnβt last long.
