They just do.
Ordinary people who have never been touched by the supernatural.
In a place like this where we're all being watched constantly by LIEs?
I shouldn't wonder if it was here and feeding well before I was.
A part of me wonders if someone at LIEs might not have been influenced by it.

If it was here our situation would be worth than it is. It wouldn't need you.
You can't stop. You haven't as much as you'd claim so. But you can be stopped, mortal or not as can it.
It's not the most powerful entity either.
